Who can join Optim Investment Limited
Everyone can participate in this program. We accept investors from all over the world. All investors must be at least minimum legal age in their country to be able to open an account. In most countries, the minimum age is 18 years. Corporate clients and business enterprises must be duly incorporated and competent under applicable legislation.
How can I withdraw funds?
Login to your account using your username and password and check the Withdraw section.
Do I have to download any software for trading?
There is no need to download something before you can start trading with Optim Investment Limited. All you need to do is register and deposit funds into your account and you’ll be ready to trade.
Is there a registration fee?
No, there is no fee to open an account in Optim Investment Limited.
How can I close my Optim Investment Account?
Please email at [email protected] to request closing of your account. You will receive a confirmation when this request will be completed.

How can I register?
To register go to ‘Open an Account’ and enter the required information. Please make sure the data you submit is correct and up to date. In the future it will simplifies withdrawal process.
How can I fund my trading account?
You can fund your account by American Express, Bank Transfer, Money Gram, Payeer Wallet, Perfect Money, Bitcoin.
How quickly the funds will be added to my trading account?
The funds will be available for trading immediately, once we receive a confirmation from payment system.
Is there any Tranfer changes
Once a transfer is initiated on your trading account, 7% of your deposit will be debited.
How quickly my withdrawal request is processed?
Optim Investment Limited processes all withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However verification may take longer time, if client didn't submit all requested documents in time.
How can I cancel a withdrawal?
If you wish to cancel a withdrawal, please contact customer support as soon as possible. If the funds have not been debited from your trading account, you may be able to cancel the transaction as it may still be in process. However, if the funds have been debited from your trading account, the withdrawal may already have been processed.
